Pleasant end of season stay
Excellent location, a few minutes from the Beaches, marina, cafes and restaurants, but in a quieter spot. Very clean, spacious rooms with great sea-view rooms. Free parking is a bonus. Eating breakfast around the pool area under the bougainvillea is lovely and the staff are super friendly and welcoming especially Antoni.
Breakfast offers a good selection, but some things need attention as they are cooked too far in advance ie eggs, pancakes. Public areas offer comfortable furniture but are a bit soulless. Apparently changes in both these areas are happening to improve things next season.

An Overall Great Stay In A Perfect Location!
Beautiful hotel in a great position at the end of the strip so not as loud. Breakfast and bar team are some of the friendliest we have come across! Rooms slightly small but clean and to a high standard, lovely view from the balcony Breakfast very tasty and plenty of variety Stunning pool/ breakfast grounds with the bouganvilla.
Pool areas/tiles were very Dirty, definitely need to clean more frequently (wasn't once during our week stay). Rooms could do with a few more plug sockets. Leaking fridge which made a very loud noise.

a great option for a holiday for its price if you are not too picky about household details
Great location, close to the center of Ayia Napa and yet a little away from the noisy center, best value for money in October, great sea view, good food for the price. Attentive and friendly staff.
The bed is quite hard, not the best cleaning of the rooms, a lot of noise, demagnetizing key cards, strange paid services, for example paid beach towels (2 euros for each towel, the total cost of which is 10 euros - the best business) or storage lockers (although it is convenient) - all these little things somewhat spoil the impression.
